Do you have?

Sensitive skin after shaving?

If your skin burns or get red and bumpy after a shave, then turn to shaving creams or gels that have glycerin or aloe-based ingredients in them. Such products soothe your skin and also your razor to glide easily across your face. When applying the cream or gel, massage into your beard. Also, stay away from alcohol-based aftershaves as they will only irritate your skin. Shave with the grain first and if necessary shave against it. Finish with a soothing aftershave balm or your daily moisturizer.

Dark circle under your eyes?

Dark circles under the eyes are actually broken blood vessels under the skin. They are caused by several things though most of the time it is an issue of heredity. Common causes of dark circle include booze, cigarettes, drinks and a lack of sleep. So steer away from these vices and always get at least 8 hours of sleep a night. For an instant fix, place a slice of cucumber or raw potatoes over your eyes for about 10 minutes to reduce the puffiness.

Sun burnt skin?

You are often out on the fields playing football or some other sport. Then you return home red-faced with dry, peeling skin that is occasionally itchy. The sun’s rays are stronger than you imagine and hours in the outdoors will guarantee you a slight burn. Cool it all off by slapping aloe Vera gel to sun burnt areas and hydrate yourself by drinking at least 8 glasses of water per day. Prevention is always greater than cure so steer off the laziness and applies a quick layer of sun block before you head off for an afternoon’s game.
